Enjoy a weekend away from home, but not too far away! McGee Creek State Park is located in the southern stretch of Oklahoma’s Ouachita Mountains, only about 3 hours north of the DFW area. find it on a map

Boatpacking combines kayaking or canoeing with camping and hiking. While backpacking means carrying your tent, sleeping bag, and all your other gear on your back, boatpacking means your boat does all the work!
