July 23, 2009 - Likes it - I've been throughout the entire state of TX and have tried many restaurants, some good, some not so good and none of the ones I thought that were good can compete against the falvors and freshness of Inca's Cafe. So, if you're in the Dallas area and want to try great authentic food from Peru, you have to try this place. The must have on the menu would be: Ceviche, Lomito, Jalea and the Inca Sampler, and don't forget to try their "Green Sauce" dip...Ohhhh and if you like music, go there on Friday nights for dinner, it gets loud so be ready to experience the culture through their music and food.
