What makes our food so good?

We actually cook real food. At FREEB!RDS, we get up at the crack of dawn – five hours before opening – to start cooking beans, chopping fresh tomatoes, peppers, marinating steak (grass fed of course) and chicken while slow roasting pork for the carnitas. It’s crazy…but that’s how we roll!
